Certified Lay Delegate Registration

All Certified Lay Delegates must register in order to vote at the Electing Convention.

Unlike annual convention, each delegate must register themselves individually. This ensures that the Committee on Credentials, which oversees this process, is able to get the most accurate contact information, and is able to validate each of the registered delegates individually.

Please note: there is NO FEE for the electing convention, and lunch will be served at no cost.

Certified Lay Delegate Registration

Please see the list below of Certified Lay Delegates and Alternates organized by Mission Area and Faith Community by City. Please note: Alternates will NOT register unless they are filling in for a Certified Lay Delegate. If they are doing so, please find the Lay Delegate Alternate to Certified Lay Delegate Form below, which will need to be completed by January 13, 2020 to effect the change from Alternate to Delegate.  Please note that the form requests your Priest or Senior Warden’s signature.

If a Faith Community discovers that they do not have enough Lay Delegates and Alternates due to attrition, follow the directions in Canon 207.5 for Vacancies by filling out the form below. This form will need to be completed by January 13, 2020 to effect the change from Alternate to Delegate. Please note that the form requests your Priest or Senior Warden’s signature. On the Mission Area lists, First Names that are surrounded by asterisks (Name) indicate they were elected via a Special Election and will be seated pending Convention’s approval.
