We have 291 clergy canonically residing in Minnesota: 66 Deacons, 221 Priests and four Transitional Deacons

Approximately 3/5 of our clergy are male, and 2/5 are female

Thirty clergy are involved in Total Ministry – 22 Priests, 6 Deacons, 2 Transitional Deacons

Fifty-six lay people are involved in Total Ministry leadership teams

Another 20 clergy who hold their canonical residency outside of the state are Licensed to Officiate in the Diocese of Minnesota

Eight people are in local discernment

Six clergy will be attending the Diocesan Discernment Conference in 2009

Nine people are currently enrolled in seminary
